The Alexander Technique in North West London
(Kentish Town / Dartmouth Park / Tufnell Park / Camden Town)
Annie Sayer MSTAT
Teacher of the Alexander Technique
I offer private lessons in the Alexander Technique in North West London, in the Kentish Town / Dartmouth Park / Tufnell Park / Camden Town area.  I also teach at Alexander Technique Imperial Wharf in South West London and one day a month at locations in North Norfolk.

The Alexander Technique teaches the skilful "use of the self": how we move, how we breathe, how we learn, how we organise our awareness and focus of attention and, above all, how we choose our reactions in increasingly demanding situations.

People come to the Alexander Technique for many different reasons.  Because it is a method of mental and physical re-education, it can have a positive effect on a wide range of stresses and ailments, including back, neck or shoulder pain and other muscular/skeletal problems, headaches, RSI, breathing difficulties, sports and performance strain, stress related conditions, anxiety and depression; as well as enhancing performance, improving vitality and general wellbeing.

On the following pages you will be able to find out more about the Alexander Technique and how it might help you, as well as information about me and my approach to teaching.

However, the Alexander Technique is essentially about experience.  To truly understand it, I would encourage you to come along for a trial lesson and experience it for yourself. Please click here to book a lesson, or I would be very pleased to hear from you if you would like further information.
